The warranty period for professional equipment is 12 months, while for equipment purchased in the "For Home" section and not used for commercial purposes, the warranty is 24 months. To use the warranty repair, please save the purchase receipt or delivery note, which indicates the purchase information of the product, as well as follow the warranty terms attached to the equipment. If the equipment has problems during the warranty period, the BHS.LV customer support service will provide instructions on further actions - either by contacting an authorized service, or by delivering the equipment to our service center for repair. It is also important to check the warranty conditions of the specific product before purchase, as the duration and conditions of the warranty may vary depending on the manufacturer and product category.
