IA LaRonde, reg. No. 40103598208, Vagonu Street 23, Riga, LV-1009, hereinafter referred to as the “online store”, provides the content available on its website and supplies goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

1. General Provisions

If a consumer purchases goods/services using the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia that regulate distance contracts, including—but not limited to—the “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, Cabinet Regulations “Regulations on Distance Contracts”, etc.

2. Making Purchases

Prices and specifications of products offered in the online store are indicated alongside the products. To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in all required fields, and choose a suitable delivery method. The total cost with delivery is then displayed on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize the order.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in euros. It is possible to pay via the following payment methods, provided by the payment platform MakeCommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor

  • Estonian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

  • Lithuanian internet banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor

  • Finnish internet banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S‑Pankki, Säästöpankki

  • Visa/Mastercard cards

Note: When using internet banking, confirm your order and click the “Return to merchant” button. Personal data required for payment are transmitted to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS. The contract becomes effective upon successful payment to the store’s bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed, and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after notice.

4. Delivery Terms

Items are delivered to all EU countries, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the USA. Delivery is carried out using SIA “Omniva”, VAS “Latvijas Pasts”, or other agreed carriers. All duties and taxes for receiving the shipment at the destination must be borne by the Buyer. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation. Goods are delivered to the Buyer’s specified address within 2–20 working days (depending on destination and carrier). In exceptional cases, shipment may take up to 45 calendar days, with prior notice to the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. (In some cases this right may not apply; such exceptions will be clearly stated.) Withdrawal rights do not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods must be used only as needed to establish their characteristics and quality and kept in proper condition. The consumer is responsible for any diminished value due to inappropriate use, damage, loss of original packaging or significant damage to packaging. The Buyer must submit a withdrawal form available at: https://bhs.lv/lv?route=account/returns.add within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned to the Seller without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from submission of the withdrawal form. After receipt, the online store will refund all payments without delay, but not later than 14 days.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return is received. If the Buyer chooses a different delivery method than the cheapest offered, the store need not refund the difference.

The store is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The store reserves the right to refuse a sale and demand return if a price is obviously incorrect due to error.

6. Consumer’s Rights for Non‑Conforming Goods

The store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects present at delivery or arising within six months thereof, unless evidence suggests otherwise. The Buyer must notify the Seller immediately, and at the latest within two months of discovering the defect by filing a complaint via info@bhs.lv. The Buyer may request repair or free replacement if the defect is the Seller’s responsibility. If this is not possible, the contract sums must be refunded. The Seller must reply in writing within 15 days of the complaint.

7. Processing of Personal Data

The store processes only the data provided by the Buyer during ordering, such as name, surname, email, etc. Personal data are passed to carriers to enable delivery. If the Buyer has explicitly consented to marketing communications, the store may send updates and offers. The Buyer may withdraw consent by contacting info@bhs.lv.

8. Dispute Resolution

For matters not covered herein, both parties agree to follow applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between Buyer and Seller are to be settled amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before Latvian courts or the Consumer Rights Protection Centre. The Buyer may also approach EU dispute resolution bodies.
